Returns

At Diamondwize we offer a 10 day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us using the processing form below within 10 days from the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the returns and exchanges form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Send the items in the original packaging with the original invoice enclosed our return address. 

Returns and exchanges are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the package. Please consider sending the return package with tracking information (registered package). We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

Refunds are issued to your original payment source. Shipping charges of return packages are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items not returned will not be refunded. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped with our standard shipping option.

Failure to follow the instructions may cause delay of your refund, receipt of your exchanged item or refusal of the refund or exchange.

Please remember to send all returned items in new or unused condition with original packaging and materials included. “New or unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use or wear nor any other damage(s) to the item. We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in the appropriate condition.

Please note that items on sale (items with a discount on their base price) are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Exchanges

Faulty items will be exchanged by the same item or another item of equal value of your preference. Exchanges are always subject to availability.
